The role…

The evolution of Channel 3 is an integral part of the Group’s growth strategy, and it is the responsibility of the Business Development Executive to facilitate this expansion. This role is responsible for creating client relationships with key decision makers within public sector organisations, primarily healthcare.. The Business Development Executive will have many opportunities to take on new responsibilities within this challenging and exciting organisation.



What we offer our clients is focused around quality and service delivery. This role will be responsible for building and developing exceptional business relationships with new and existing clients. The will role will involve;

  • Running targeted and research led sales campaigns
  • Arranging new business meetings
  • Analysing the market and identifying sales opportunities
  • Building strong long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieving given targets
  • Gathering market intelligence
  • Acting as an external ambassador to the potential marketplace
  • Collating, analysing and compiling data to develop future sales campaigns
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders within Channel 3 Consulting

Your background…

You have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a campaign management or business development function.

You possess the following skills:

  • Highly ambitious and proactive
  • Able to prioritise and manage time effectively
  •  Proactive in your approach
  • An excellent communicator with highly developed written, telephony and presentation skills
  • Open-minded and agile
  • Results orientated
  • A team player
